1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thrill AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Thrill AI provides an AI-powered restaurant ordering platform that includes: QR-code based digital menus, multilingual voice ordering agents, AI-assisted food pairing, and order management dashboards for restaurant owners.

3. Restaurant Owner Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu items, descriptions, prices, and availability.
  • You must ensure your restaurant complies with all applicable food safety and licensing regulations.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through the platform.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
  • You agree not to upload illegal, misleading, or harmful content.

4. Customer Terms

  • Orders placed through Thrill AI are contracts between you and the restaurant.
  • Thrill AI is a technology provider and is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or delivery.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay. Payment disputes should be directed to the restaurant first.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents provide recommendations, pairings, and conversational responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions should not be relied upon for allergy or dietary medical advice. Always confirm allergen information directly with the restaurant.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds for subscription payments follow our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Thrill AI platform, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by Thrill AI. Restaurant owners retain ownership of their menu content. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and process it for service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thrill AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
